Terms of Service — skathi.ai

1.1. skathi.ai is operated by Video Concierge sp. z o.o., ul. Smolna 8/3, 61-008 Poznań, Poland, KRS 0001219124, NIP (tax ID) 7831946485, REGON 543801550. Contact: support@skathi.ai.

1.2. The Service enables YouTube channel management, AI-assisted comment generation, and analytics of your own channel's public video statistics.

1.3. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2.1. Registration requires a valid email address and is free.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

2.3. By creating an account you agree to receive product updates, tips and offers from Skathi by email. You can opt out at any time with the one-click unsubscribe link in every such email. Transactional emails (billing, security, account notices) are sent regardless.

2.4. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

3.1. The Service offers the following plans (USD):

• Free — $0/mo
• Starter — $19/mo or $180/yr (billed annually)
• Pro — $49/mo or $468/yr (billed annually)
• Agency — $149/mo or $1,428/yr (billed annually)
• Founder Deal — Pro plan locked at $19/mo for the first 50 accounts

3.2. Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Your card details are never stored by us.

3.3. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime via Profile → Manage subscription. Annual billing saves 20% versus monthly.

3.4. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

4.1. Each plan includes a monthly AI reply allowance: Free (10), Starter (400/mo), Pro (1,500/mo), Agency (5,000/mo). Trial periods use reduced caps: Starter (50 replies), Pro (100 replies).

4.2. Unused replies do not roll over to the next billing period.

4.3. A 7-day free trial is available once per account for the Starter or Pro plan. Trials are limited to one per user across all plans and re-subscriptions.

4.4. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for any content you publish.

5.1. We do not guarantee growth in views, subscribers, or engagement on your YouTube channel.

5.2. We are not liable for changes to the YouTube API that affect service functionality.

6.1. You may request account deletion by emailing support@skathi.ai or using the delete function in your Profile.

6.2. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

7.1. Skathi AI reserves the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email.

8.1. Support channels:

• In-App AI Helper (Skathi Helper) — Available 24/7 in the bottom-right corner. Provides instant answers based on documentation.

• Knowledge Base — Available at skathi.ai/help. Self-service documentation covering most common questions.

• Support Tickets — Submit via the in-app Help menu (?) or directly at support@skathi.ai.

8.2. Response Time SLA (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm UTC):

• Critical (billing failures, account access issues): within 4 business hours

• High (bugs blocking core functionality): within 12 business hours

• Normal (general questions, configuration): within 24 business hours

• Low (feature requests, feedback): within 48 business hours

8.3. Support limitations: Skathi support does not cover issues caused by third-party services (YouTube API outages, Stripe issues), user errors unrelated to product defects, or custom development work. For YouTube API issues, check status.cloud.google.com.

Skathi uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's Privacy Policy applies to data processed by Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
